5.3. Red light camera systems and fixed photo radar devices may be used on the following public highways:

(1)  in the territory of Municipalité de L’Ange-Gardien (21040), at the intersection of route 138, named boulevard Sainte-Anne, and rue Casgrain to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on route 138 on the northeastbound lane;

(2)  in the territory of Municipalité de Saint-Esprit (63030), at the intersection of autoroute 25, route 125, route 158 and rang de la Rivière Nord to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on autoroute 25 and route 158 on the northbound lane;

(3)  in the territory of Ville de Brossard (58007), at the intersection of route 134, named boulevard Taschereau, avenue Panama and avenue Auteuil to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on route 134 on the southbound lane;

(4)  in the territory of Ville de Gatineau (81017), at the intersection of boulevard Maisonneuve, boulevard Sacré-Coeur, boulevard Fournier and the entrance and exit ramps of autoroute 5, named autoroute de la Gatineau, to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on boulevard Maisonneuve on the northbound lane;

(5)  in the territory of Ville de Laval (65005), at the intersection of boulevard Saint-Martin Est, route 335, named boulevard des Laurentides, and boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on boulevard Saint-Martin Est and boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest on the southwestbound lane;

(5.1)  in the territory of Ville de Montréal (66023), at the intersection of route 335, named rue Berri, and boulevard Henri-Bourassa Est to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on route 335;

(6)  in the territory of Ville de Québec (23027):

(a)  at the intersection of autoroute 573, named autoroute Henri-IV, avenue Industrielle and autoroute 573, named route de la Bravoure, to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on autoroute 573, named autoroute Henri-IV, and autoroute 573, named route de la Bravoure, on the northwestbound lane;

(b)  at the intersection of autoroute 440, named Autoroute Charest, route 440, named boulevard Charest Ouest, and avenue Saint-Sacrement, to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on route 440 on the northeastbound lane; 

(7)  in the territory of Ville de Saint-Hyacinthe (54048), at the intersection of route 137, named boulevard Laframboise, route 235, named boulevard Casavant Ouest, and boulevard Casavant Ouest to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on route 137 on the southeastbound lane;

(8)  in the territory of Ville de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield (70052), at the intersection of route 201, named boulevard Monseigneur-Langlois, avenue de Grande-Île and rue de Grande-Île to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on route 201 on the southwestbound lane.

5.3. Red light camera systems and fixed photo radar devices may be used on the following public highways:

(b)  at the intersection of autoroute 440, named Autoroute Charest, route 440, named boulevard Charest Ouest, and avenue Saint-Sacrement, to monitor compliance with stops at the red light and the speed limit on route 440 on the northeastbound lane;
